Products must be in their original condition (unworn) and in their original packaging with label.

Refund

Once the return has been received and checked, the refund or exchange will be made within 30 days maximum. Count on average 10 days.

Pre-order item

Hair accessories: hats, hairbands & scrunchies and pre-ordered clothing will not be refundable.
