It will be necessary to formulate your request in writing to contact@huguette.co by specifying the reason of return.
The return or exchange of items will only be accepted if the items are returned in perfect condition, new, never worn, with label, in their original packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery. If the deadline expires on a Saturday, a Sunday, a public holiday, or another non-business day, it will be extended to the next business day. Beyond that date, Huguette reserves the right to refuse the return or the refund.
After a control, upon receipt of the parts, Huguette will have a maximum of 30 days to proceed with the refund and will use the payment method that was chosen by the customer when ordering. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Possible alterations
Please note that it will also be possible to make a minor modification on the ordered piece (e.g.: hem), but the return, alteration and new shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Pre-ordered clothing
Hair accessories (for hygiene reasons and as long as the size is unique) and pre-ordered clothing (as long as they have been produced especially for you, after you have chosen the fabric variation) will not be refundable.
To avoid any problems, we recommend that you indicate your measurements in the "comments" box at checkout, and we will make sure that you have selected the correct size.
